BEST LOCAL WATERING HOLE IN TOWN. NEVER, EVER LEAVE THIS BAR WITH OUT HAVEING A GREAT TIME AN MEETING NEW FRIENDS. ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME, BARTENDERS AND SERVERS, LOVE THEIR JOBS, AN IT SHOWS, JUST AN ALL AROUND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO COME OUT AN UNWIND AND RELAX , LISTEN TO MUSIC AND HAVE A GREAT TIME.. IM THERE EVERY WEEK JUST TO SEE MY FRIENDS, AND TAKE A BREAK AND ENJOY SOME FUN. TURNED ALOT OF PEOPLE ON TO THIS PLACE AND HOPE MANY MORE. XOXO COME CHECK IT OUT !

Ugh!. this place is so friggin' filthy. I cannot believe that they serve food here! The waitresses are too busy yakking behind the bar & drinking with the "regs" the one that was on the floor (long hair) was a total rude, mean chic & the kid rock music is so lame! Get a clue & a new pong table before someone getss hert!

Poor food, poor service,. Walked in, sat down, and waited, and waited. Waitress came over after she had finished smoking. Two orders taken, both were wrong as delivered. Both subs had been made with slightly stale bread. One of the subs was missing onions, the other was missing ham. The onion rings did not show up and although it was very early in the evening, they were out. Although the bar is advertised as an MSU bar with a large poster on the wall, the MSU basket ball game was only on one small game. One large screen tv had been turned to a Hockey game and six paying customers had moved to be closer to the one tv showing the MSU basketball game. No one was watching the hockey game. Poor food, poor service and no truth in advertising.

EAT AT JOE'S. This place has a great menu, great drinks, but an older crowd, same old farts/faces every day. Joe the owner is cool, he does drink specials on a whim and might give you a free shot, he is a funny guy, very nice and every once in a while Karen Newman might show up. Great place to watch sports, TOTAL MICHIGAN STATE BAR! go there when its MSU vs. Michigan but get there early! Tina is a great bartender also!

Awesome Atmosphere on Gamedays.
Hot waitresses (Janice) , best owner ever (Joey) he is crazy, funny and has incredible spontaneous specials!! Go there for the MSU games...especially MSU vs Michigan...it is a zoo!!
"the boys" love Joe Suds!!!
