Poor Bank with awful management. Charter One is NOT a good bank. There systems are outdated and their products are too complex to be managed without falling into service fee traps. For example they keep introducing new money market accounts each one with different minimum balance and minimum withdraw requirements. Some require $0, $2500, $5000, or $10000 minimum withdraw. If you accidently withdraw the wrong amount you will be charged $50. Also the manager of the branch is very rude and does not have a good knowledge of banking. As a whole Charter One is not a good place to do business but this branch in particular is poorly run.
