great place horrible server – we went to Antonios last night and had the worst service ever. I usually would not complain because i have been a waitress and bartender for several years but our server Sarah G was so rude. she only had us and one other table but she just ignored us the entire night. I had to ask the hostess for bread ( how embarassing) and wanted to order wine but clearly that would be too much work for Sarah....it was an uncomfortable experience and we will not be back .......
My experience was wonderful – I had a wonderful dining experience. We came in around closing time we were suppose to have 6 people in our party only ended up being four of us that was no problem at all. Our waitress Stephanie was fantastic she greeted us with a smile, helped us decide on our entrees was very attentive offerd us an dessert and coffee at such a late hour boxed our food which never happens at other restaurants, and the food was excellent and hot. We will be back...Thanks Antonios!!!
Overpriced – Dirty glasses, food slopped on the plate. No presentation. The ceiling leaks when it rains. These people don't have a clue.I wouldn't risk my health.
Have great food bad service – My husband and I love your food .We went to Antonios for our 15 year anniversary they brought our drinks and took our orders we waited 45 minutes for our food and when they brought it out the food was not made the way we ordered it the waitress only came back one time we had no drinks .This is not the first time this has happened You have the best food But you cannot just ignore the customer like that .We have not been back since . MISS IT
So you's lika da Itlaliano ! – My wife and I are loyal fans of some classic Italian ..and the place gives you that and more ..and don't miss the chance to have the Antipasto dish!! Good stuff and they can scale that for you party to share!! .. Also all the baked pasta dishes will not leave you disappointed!!
Heck when you are in there look for us ... we eat there once a week!!!!! btw we go to the one in Farmington Hills though.. :-)
Best Italian Food In Michigan, Hands Down – I have visited Antonio's quite a few a few times and don't plan on stopping any time soon. Their care for customer satisfaction and authentic Italian cuisine is what sets them apart from everyone else. My server, Anjanette was terrific, bringing out fresh, warm garlic bread that is the best I have ever tasted and my Mostaccioli with Rita Sauce was terrific, the meal was awesome. They have a great concept in business and it shows with the 4 restaurants they run. the Manager was out on the floor and made sure customers were taken care of and I will be in to eat quite a bit.
Still Pretty Good – This used to be a 5 star restaurant. I'm not quite sure if there was a change in owner ship or something. A couple years back they stopped updating there appearance and started to let the place go. It still ok, and the food is still good, but it's been better.
I will still go here and enjoy the pasta bolognese, there great salads, and the best bread sticks in michigan.
THE BEST,HANDS DOWN, BREAD STICKS.
delicious food and great customer service – I had the bambino pizza calzone. I got 2 large calzones (bigger than my hand) that were filled with mozzerella, pepperoni and mushroom. Very good, very filling. It was even good the next day. The salad isn't anything to write home about, but the breadsticks are quite good. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is sort of rustic Italian meets cozy dining room. The service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely eat here again.
Yum! – Love the bread and the gnocchi rita! There is almost always a wait to get a table - try and call ahead.
Great food – This restaurant is worth a visit just for their famous Rita Sauce. I crave their homeade Gnocci with Rita Sauce but you can get the sauce on any of their other homeade pastas. Everyone I know who has tried it orders nothing else now. I don't care for their salads (although most people rave) but the Pasta Fagioli is delicious. The service is fine. Not great, just fine. It does get crowded so go early if you don't want to wait. It can get a bit pricey for a family so save it for a splurge night.
