great atmosphere. I have lived in Downtown South Lyon for 14 years and the Hotel has

really never dissapointed me. I agree at one time it was a little to smokey

but now its great. You can sit outside on the balcony, or enjoy live music from

a father/son band...T.PETTY...great stuff. or dance upstairs to a great dj.

Food is verygood, Corey the manager if you are lucky will stop by and say hi...

knows how to throw a party. As for kids...before 9pm. As for the Harleys...I like

them. Sometimes there is $100,000 worth of harleys out there.

also, if you love basketball - contact them for their annual basketball tourney...it is quite

a fun time.

Hometown Favorite. I agree with the other reviewer that the place was too smokey, but they have done some things to change it. There is now a non-smoking section - seperated by floor to celing partitions. Plus, during the spring and summer you can sit out on the porch - well worth it. The only inconvienince is the loud Harley's that show up downtown on the weekends. The food is pretty good - a bit overpriced, but the service is VERY friendly. We were checked on several times each visit, chatted up and even had a manager come by and joke with us a couple times - it was very pleasant.
