Bait and Switch. I called Capital Carpet Cleaning & Dye to get a price for carpet dyeing. Because I had used this company in the past, I felt confident that they were trustworthy. After explaining what I wanted dyed, I was given a price over the phone. So, naturally, that was the price I was prepared to pay. However, when the serviceman came out, he gave me an entirely different amount, which was $50 more. Needless to say, I will never use this company again and I will never recommend them again!!
