good tanning beds. good service, good beds, good location. Ive been tanning there for years. I work in royal oak, but I tan there. never had any problems. I get great results. they run good deals on packages. I also work in customer service and I think that you cant please the world. I dont think a clerk @ the desk is gonna give attitude for no reason, that doesnt make sense.

rude owner. I haven't even been here yet...I called after looking up the closest establishment to my home, and was treated as if I was bothering the woman on the other end by asking questions. She seemed to be somewhat condescending, and I thought maybe it was just me until I found these reviews, and now I must agree. You would think with the way the economy is right now you would want to expand your business, and one way to do that is through kindness and courtesy....obviously she doesn't want to succeed. I will drive further and take my business elsewhere.

avoid this place, rude owner.. Worst experience at a tanning salon. I originally bought a package because i lived so close. Everytime i went in there the lady who works the front desk was rude and condescending and resembled anything but customer service. She looked irritated to explain anything. Last visit i couldn't take it anymore and told her what I thought of the establishment. I liked the beds but she is the only reason i wont go back. NOT A FRIENDLY STAFF. You can really judge a business on how they treat their employess. 3 out of 5 times she was rude to them (the other two times no other staff was there). I dont expect them to talk about their day but a little courtesy will go a long way. I will drive farther just so I can avoid this place. I recommend to everyone they do the same.

Horrible Owner. I agree with the previous reviewer - this woman has to be the rudest person I have ever met. In my opinion, the beds weren't that great, either. In the future, I'll drive further to find a place with friendlier customer service.

Rude Owner. I just came across an article on the woman that owns this facility. Dont trust the article-this lady is rude!!! Well I came in not to long ago and being a first time customer she had to been the rudest person I had ever met. I didnt know anything about the beds or their equipment and she looked at me as if I was ignorant. Is that how you treat a customer? I appologize for not knowing about tanning beds. Isnt that your business and not mine?? Shouldnt you then go and educate your customer especially when there is NO ONE in your store?? Then when I didnt want to spend 20 dollars on one session she insisted that the 10 dollar bed wont do anything and looked at me as if I was cheap. I am not hard on anyone but this woman lacks all of the customer service skills she needs to survive in the economy. I would never go back and will drive out of my way to go to another salon.
