I can see clearly now thanks to Crane Optical!. Dr. Crane is my recent eye doctor and I have experienced the best eyecare at his office. He made sure that my contacts were the best available, and I must say they are the best lenses I have ever worn! He provided me with the proper solution and was very thorough in his exam. The staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Who ever wrote a bad review needs a reality check!

Awful Service. I went to Crane Optical because it was very close to my house and I have been extremely disappointed and frustrated. I had my exam and the contacts that were given to me were the completely wrong prescription. I went back for a recheck and again, a week later when I got my second box of contacts, they were completely blurry. The receptionists are completely rude and have no tact whatsoever. She even tried to say that it was my fault that my contacts were blurry. I have been wearing contacts since I was in middle school and have never had any issues. You would think that after screwing up several times on one person's contacts, the office would want to remedy the situation as soon as possible, but the receptionist offered me an appointment almost a week later! Overall, one of the worst experiences that I have ever had with any sort of business. If your time is valuable to you, do not go here.
