Wonderful store!!. I am not a regular customer in this store but I have shopped here from time to time. I have never had a problem with the prices or with the service. This store has the most beautiful holiday dresses, and the clearance items are great. A friend informed me of the return policy so I knew what to expect. I had to make an exchange once and the cashier was very pleasant. I do know that sometimes customers can come in the door with a rude attitude which can cause the staff to be rude in return. Employees should try to be courteous at all times but I'm sure it can be hard when the customers behave badly to begin with.

WONDERFUL PRICES!!!!. If you understand there return policy you will love this store. I drive out from the expensive suburbs just so I can dress my daughter in the latest designer fashions that they have to offer. There prices are Fantatic!!! There quality is just as good as nordstroms! I make sure my daugther is with me when I make my purchases because of there return policy. Being in retail myself I understand there a small business trying to pay the bills. They have good prices and a strict Return policy but now a days who dosn't. Shop here with PRIDE

Avoid FKO if you want to save your time, money and sanity!!!. I couldn't agree more! The customer service at this store is unbearable and I left in such a rage knowing that I still have to go back and spend the "gift card" they gave me since they won't refund their bottom of the line merchandise. I have never spent so much for a pair of jeans that practically disinegrated after only 2 months!! I will never, ever purchase another item from this store and have told hundreds of family and friends the same thing (and with 52 first cousins alone, believe me, bad word of mouth can work wonders!). AVOID THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!

AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU CAN. my recent shopping experience at this business is one that i would not wish on my worst friend. I was pretty much attacked upon entering the store for a refund. There was this old man that had to be a 100 years old and would have gotten punched in the face had i not stopped my daughter. The sales person told me that i could get a refund for any of the uniforms that i didn't need only to be told when i returned to the store that what she meant was that i could exchange only sorry for the mix-up. After this type of customer service My daughter and I decided that we wouldn't spend any more money in this store even though my daughter was excited about getting another one of their faux Coach purses. Buying school uniforms should never be a nightmare for anyone. I was a grandparent trying to get my grandchild some school clothes and this store made me want to never try that again. For Kids Only could have made about 100 dollars more because my daughter loves purses and would have bought her a couple of them but not with the issues that this store has.

Avoid at all cost.. Worst customer service ever experienced. Manager was extremely rude and refused to provide service, or to give any information about who could be contacted to resolve the issue.
