Caring waitstaff. There is a good reason this ordinary Big Boy is a meeting place for so many people in the area. The personnel are kind and efficient and take really good care of you. The food is reliable, typical, ordinary Big Boy food, haven't we all memorized the menu decades ago? You can tell there are lots of regulars, many of the customers and employees call each other by name.
