The place to go for bad attitude and bad service. Nightmare is the best way to describe our dining experience. It started bad, and when the manager finally appeared (after 1 1/2 hours!), we figured that he personally trained the staff to be rude and uncaring. I hope whoever owns Beau Jacks realizes that his/her business won't last long with this manager. How was the food? Not worth talking about, because everything tasted of the poor attitude.

This Beau doesn't know..... I had just finished my workout at Bally's right behind Beau Jack's.

Well, at first I thought, what a cool place and it was. I also got seated right away. Once I was seated, I was very much ignored for a considerable length of time. So long that a waitress from another station came over and was apologizing and took my order stating "I don't know where your waitress is but you've been siting here so long I had to come over and take your order or something." Okay, semi-nice recovery...until...the real waitress comes in. What a sour attitude! She never apologized and simply acted like nothing had happened. Horrible. Make sure you aren't seated in her section!

Well, the food was good, I ordered the Scottish Salad (lots of onions though) but I was so put off by my new waitress, I didn't want to order anything else. Just get out of there. No soup, no coffee, no desert, no drinks, just water and my salad. Would I go back...no.
