WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT USE THIS FLOREST. Bruce, the owner, is unbelievably rude and does not care a bit about customer service. They couldnt make a delivery and left the flowers at a neighbors house without calling. A week later i called to inquire and Bruce said he didnt care and hung up on me. I dont know if the flowers will ever be delivered now. Again, save yourself a headache and use Blossoms or Jacobsons but not this nut.

The best I have ever experienced. Bruce at Breath of Spring Florist was so helpful and professional at our 12/30 wedding. We were from out of town and relied on Bruce. He and his help came through with flying colors. Our wedding was even the day Bruce's father passed away and he still showed up and made everything beautiful for us. The cost was extremely reasonable and the wedding was gorgeous.

Bruce is the best!. I was relooking for Bruce's email so I could thank him for being so professional, so accommodating, and so nice to us.I was shocked to see any negative responses at all! He did a fabulous job for my daughter's October 24th wedding. He listened to our every word and then went above and beyond! Gorgeous and a job well done! Thank you Bruce!

Very creative, very pretty, very innovative. Works with you to create what you want. Flowers are always very fresh and lovely. Have used for a graduation, wedding, and baby shower. Never disappointed. Always delighted. Bruce has everything you could ever want to be used with arrangements.

HORRIBLE customer service- RUDE. This was one of the worst experiences we have had with a vendor for our wedding. The owner Bruce was one of the rudest people we have ever met and spoke to us like we were children despite our mothers being there for the appointment. He basically told us that he didn't want to do our wedding because we weren't spending enough money with him and it would ruin his reputation.

I guess if you have no creative inspiration or ideas for your big day he could probably do something for you- but if you know what you want, do not go here. Bruce likes to have his "own" creativity with your budget without taking your advice or input. Be careful that you're spending enough money with him otherwise he might tell you that he would rather sit at home than do your wedding.

We cancelled our contract with this guy and I would not recommend this florist at all.

Used to be a great florist have gone way down hill. My mother used to think this place was the best so I ordered a monthly flower delivery directly through them for my mom's birthday. In that request I asked for a couple of specific things including the use of seasonal flowers and simple more modern bouquets. instead they have delivered twice (and will not be delivering again) two very mediocre (though expensive) bouquets that are neither seasonal or anything resembling modern. Complete disappointment, and an expensive one to boot.

Wonderful customer service!. I just called in from San Francisco to order flowers for a friend and talked to Esther (who automatically has a leg up on the competition, because she shares her name with the first love of my life - my granny!). I had a request for anthuriums, which apparently NO ONE in the Detroit area has in stock. I explained the need for a quick delivery and Esther went out of her way to call the distributor and arrange for anthuriums to be delivered tomorrow! She called me back with the good news and I was able to place my order...

I highly recommend!

Regarding one of the other postings about the lady behind the counter with the out-of-date hairdo: If it was Esther, then I stand up and say leave her alone!!!! My granny didn't have the most up-to-date hairdo, either, but was a beautiful person on the inside! :)

beautiful wedding. Bruce went way beyond what we had imagined for our daughter's wedding. He is creative and was extremely considerate and attentive during our appointments. Our guests were overwhelmed by the beautiful arangements. Everything was gorgeous.

Amazing florist! A true artist.. Bruce is amazing! A true artist and professional he was able to take my idea for color and create the most beautiful arrangements. Of course that is why you hire a professional because they are the experts at what they do! When you have an appointment scheduled, his time is wholly devoted to you without interuption. He made me feel special. I adore him! I use Breath of Spring for all my floral needs and recommend him very highly. You absolutely will not be disappointed.

DO NOT USE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!. Bruce was the rudest person ever! I have never experienced ruder customer service than I did at Breath of Spring. I am happy that he will not be around me on my wedding day. I was 10 minutes early for my appt. and apparently he was behind locked doors with another customer and completely ignored me when I knocked on the door. He didn't even acknowledge my presence so I left. When I called to inquire what happened, he was unbelieveably rude and hung up on me. He needs a lesson in customer service.
