pleasant surprise.
Had been there last year, decided to try again...last minute. Very accomodating, new management, new staff, new receptionists. Pleasant surprise.
Loved my hair, will definitely go back.

Mortified.
I called to set up an appointment at the Heid's Salon in West Bloomfield. I told the stylist that I have curly and kinkly hair. I asked if their were stylists who could flat iron black people's hair, and was told that they absolutely did NOT do black hair. I will certainly not spend a dime in this establishment.
I was also amazed at how nasty the receptionist was over the phone.
