Good showroom -- buy somewhere else!. Terrible to deal with -- choose your appliance at their showroom, then buy it somewhere else! They subcontract delivery, installation, and repair, so you might as well buy it online and get your own guys. They have no pull with their subcontractors.

We purchased top end thermador oven (5000) and it arrived with a problem. Six weeks later, the thing still roars like an airplane and we haven't been able to use. Something wrong with this picture, right? Terrible!

Best Service. I purchased an espresso machine almost two years ago original price $1200 on sale $800. Sales person talk me in to two years warranty for $40. 22 months after purchase my espresso maker stop working. I exchange it for same maker no ? ask and it was on sale for $550.

I got new espresso machine and $250 back.
