Great shop. Great shop, amazing Art, great staff. I have over 20+ hours of tattoo done at xs and am always very happy with the outcome. I recommend this shop to everyone!

Not so personable. Althought XS was super clean and felt safe to be in, the customer service was not all there. I made an appointment for a tatoo a week in advance, and when I got there the guy kept me waiting for an HOUR while I sat there listening talking to some chick on the phone...how professional. They offered no ideas or professional suggestions when it came to design. lastly, my boyfriend had also gone there for a tatoo and the guy cancelled just hours before the appointment.....Keep it clean guys, it's all you have goin for ya.

awesome. the people were incredibly friendly, informativ and nice. good for teens.
