Best Nails in Rochester and then some. I have been a long time customer at Merle Norman, for their make up and their nail services. Their new location in downtown Rochester is sooo nice. Bright, modern, totally hip! And the staff is so sweet. There is always fresh coffee and good conversation, plus my nails look great! And I love the free makeup lessons.
