In Short
Founded in Tennessee, this barbecue chain is the blues version of a big-city Hard Rock Cafe. Walls are lined with posters and memorabilia of musicians like Bessie Smith and Stevie Ray Vaughan. Ribs are the specialty of the house and come dry, wet or sweet. Pulled pork and fried catfish are complemented by the deep-fried onion ring loaf.

Red Hot and Blue - Sterling hts location STAY AWAY. Food is awfull and served cold, what a waste of $$$ The rib didn't even tasted good and our food was served on a cold plate.

Peice of Pie. This place has good food, but the Pecan Pie I ordered was so thin, My two year old wouldn't have had any trouble eating it.
