Terrible Patient Consideration.
After waiting a month, my son's orthodontic consult was scheduled for 3 p.m. on 7/16/07. We arrived at 2:45 p.m. to complete new patient paperwork. At 3:20 p.m. I approached the receptionist to let her know that our appt. was for 3 & we had been sitting in the waiting room for over a 1/2 hour. She disappeared & returned a few minutes later to tell us that it would be another few minutes. At 3:35 p.m. I again approached the receptionist & said I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RESCHEDULE. Again, she disappeared for a few minutes & when she came back I was told that the orthodontist was going to see us now. My son & I waited nearly 5 more minutes before we finally walked out. For this appt. I missed time from my job. It's very frustrating when an orthodontic practice demands that patients be on time yet they don't give patients the same courtesy!!!!!!
