I just had my hair highlighted by Tracey Bocci and it is fabulous! She used a new technique and I can not believe how much brighter my hair looks. The staff is great-always helpful and when I was leaving at least 4 employees told me how great my hair looked! Everyone needs a nice compliment one in awhile right??? ******The place is 5 Star*******. The price is very reasonable-remember... you get what you pay for and Bocci is worth every penny!!

I have been a client of Bocci Salon for years. Tanya is the best hair stylist and always make me feel welcomed!! i would totally recommend this amazing place to everyone!!

Received a gift card for Valentines Day. I have heard so many good things about this place that I was so happy I got a card! I was able to get a pedicure and haircut. I loved both services and the prices were reasonable for such a high end salon. (When I asked for a haircut price, there was a range so make sure you ask) Mine was $40. I will be back!

I have been driving by Bocci for a few years now and it is always jam packed. I had to see why...I booked a cut and color as I have not been really happy with my current stylist. I was thrilled with the final product! My stylist was so nice too. She recommended the spa so I booked a pedicure and facial for next week. I found my new salon!

3/24/2012 HORRIBLE PLACE. RUN RUN. 3/24/2012 HORRIBLE PLACE. RUN RUN RUN AWAY FAST. My one and ONLY appt today at Bocci. Hair stylist Krista was recommended to me. Kept me waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes with two different staff people assuring me "she would only be another 5 minutes". Then her assistant came out and offered to shampoo me WITHOUT THE STYLIST EVER HAVING SEEN MY HAIR DRY. Wow. Boccia salon you may have been voted best spa in 2011 but as far as I'm concerned you get a resounding F in the hair department. Bianci will get my business from now on!

I have been to many salons through the years but once I went to Bocci I finally ended my search. Their stylists are so educated and knowledgeable that I never had to worry that I would walk out hating my hair. Tanya Trevellen is one of the most talented stylist I have seen. She has a gift to see what will look great and bring the best features on a person shine. I can walk into the shop and tell Tanya to do what she thinks is best and when I leave I know I look my best.

Sanctuary in Sterling Heights!. We were looking for a salon that could accomodate a party of four for my sister's 60th birthday on relatively short notice (10 days). A friend of mine mentioned Bocci was a nice place, so I contacted them. 'Nice Place' is really an understatement. I was so pleasantly surprised with the awesome customer service from my web inquiry to my call to set up the appointments, and ultimately our visit.

I've been to spa parties before where not everyone was happy at the end of the day; but I can honestly say that all of us were just blown away with how wonderful each of us were treated and felt for days afterwards.

We all had massages, manicures, and pedicures. We were all asked what our problem areas were, and they were addressed during the massages. Two of those in the party who don't have pedicures very often asked for tips about nail care, which the nail tech happily provided. One was even shown tips by the manicurist for fixing nail polish errors at home!

The birthday girl in the party got a facial and just loved how soft her skin felt afterwards. She has many allergies and those were taken into consideration so she did not break out at all.

This was just an overall fabulous place, and we will definately be back and recommending it to friends!!

Wow!. Bocci, wow! What an amazing place! The atmosphere is electric, everyone looks great and are so friendly. I felt very welcomed when I got there and was offered a bottle of water or coffee. Most importantly my hair is the best it's been in years! I've heard the hype and now I know why Everyone knows Bocci! I finally found my new salon. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Impressive!. I received a gift card to Bocci for Christmas. I was able to use it this week for a pedicure and haircut/color. The pedicure was wonderful, very relaxing and included a leg massage and whirlpool foot soak. My hair looks amazing! I heard that their staff is talented and my stylist proved it. She told me that they are constantly being trained by the owner so they can stay on top of the latest trends. It shows! Bocci lives up to their reputation!

Love the hair......but RUDE receptionists!. I have been to Bocci several times for a haircut and color and Shannon has always done a great job, SHE gets 5 stars.............BUT, everytime i've been there the receptionist desk is rude and treats the customers like there a peice of garbage. I used to just put up with it because I loved my hair everytime I left, but about a week ago I just couldn't take it anymore. I asked a simple question about my bill and instead of explaining it to me, she said with an ATTITUDE "I don't explain the charges, that's what the total is and that's what you owe". Now I was furious with their snooty little attitude so I asked for a manager so I could complain about how rude they always are everytime I come in here, and not just to me, I've seen them treat many other customers the same way. Well out comes the source of the problem, I believe her name was Nikki, she was worse than the receptionists and told ME, you know THE CUSTOMER, that "if I didn't like the people that worked there then I am no longer welcome back". I almost fell to the floor! A $100 everytime I go in there and this is how a MANAGER treats me. That's when I decided I was never going back, which makes me even more mad about it because I loved how my stylist did my hair. After reading the other numerous bad comments on here about the front desk I think the owner needs to wake up and get rid of that manager and have all the receptionists re-trained before they don't have any customers left. They have a Great atmosphere, great services, and a beautiful building and it's all ruined by horrible receptionists. It's actually really sad!
