I took my 2 year old son for his first haircut. First, I have to tell you that it was a horrible haircut, that I had to have re-cut. Also, be prepared to spend $15.95 (not including tip) not matter how young your child is.
Well, the stylist cut my sons neck in four places with her trimmers. I was so distracted by the bad haircut and my crying baby, I didn't notice his neck was bleeding until I put him in his car seat.
I later called the store to tell the manager about this. No call back. I then called several more times...no call back. I then filed a complaint and requested a refund. About a month later, I received a call from the owner. He apologized and made a bunch of excuses and invited my son back for a haircut. (yeah, right) Well, they have since refused to give me a refund and will not return my calls.
