What a great local business!! I've been using Shelby Travel Agency for years and have always gotten whatever help I've needed to set up my trips. Thanks to the advice they provided our last family cruise to the eastern Caribbean was perfect! They helped us pick a great ship, select cabins that were well situated, and gave us of lots of advice and tips regarding the islands we stopped at. It's clear that they love traveling and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you love your experience too. I can't wait to have them help me plan our next big adventure!

Wonderful experience trip after trip!!!. I have been dealing with Shelby Travel and all the wonderful women there for over 20 years. My first trip they helped me plan was my honeymoon and the latest was spring break for my daughter and her friends. I am always impressed with the enthusiasm, knowledge, and the love for travel that they possess. They have helped inspire dream vacations. They take care of the smallest details and are available to help with the unexpected bumps. I recommend this travel agency for any type of travel.

Worst Experience for Spring Breakers!!!. I used Shelby Travel to book several girls for spring break this year. This agency totally dropped the ball and did NOTHING to fix it! When the girls went to check into their flight, that was booked one year in advance, they did not have seats and the flight had been overbooked by 20 people. They blamed it all on the airlines and not the fact that they had not followed through to make sure seats were assigned. It wasn't their child flying and although their were some parents traveling along with them, these 17-18 year old girls were completely hung out to dry. I caution ANYONE using this agency to think twice... I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect and lack of concern for my daughter's safety. Why use Shelby Travel when at least if you do it yourself you know it will be done right.

Don't Look Anywhere Else!!!!. I have been using shelby travel for years, and there is no comparison when considering all of the things involved with traveling or taking a vacation. I always tell people, ask your self this, do you want to enjoy your vacation that you spent your hard earned dollars on, or do you want to run the risks of booking your travel online or elsewhere where you may not be completely covered. The people at Shelby Travel are experts, and they all love to travel, most of them have been more places then we can even imagine, and that goes a long way towards being able to help you in deciding where you are going. I have always worked with Sally, ask for her she is awesome!!!
