Very friendly worker knowing just what to look for on our Samsung fridge. Had to order parts but let us know how we could get by during our 1 week wait! Listened to the many problems we had with the fridge.
Top Notch. Karl did a great job in diagnosing the problem with our Whirlpool Refrigerator leaking water 6 hours after the defrosting of the freezer. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about our refrigerator. He also gave us a tip of using vasoline on the drawers to make them slide in and out with ease. Did not take much time to make the repair required. Would use them again. Thanks
I personally wouldn't use Docs Appliance. My mother whom is too old to use the internet had a bad experience with her washer repair through them several times.
It seemed like something was always going wrong with my dryer. I've tried many times to remedy the situations myself, but it never did the job. I eventually called Doc's, and finally feel like the dryer isn't a constant source of stress anymore. Doc's is prompt, courteous, and really helped me understand what was going on. Thanks Doc!
Doc's is the worst company i have ever delt with! my first appoinment was supposed to be from 1-5 the guy showed up at my house at about 9:30, i was at work and took a half day off so i could be home. the service guy said there was nothing he could do because the schudule was scred up and he couldnt stay till i got home, i called the office and they said they screwed up and the guy came back out and wanted to charge me $300 to replace my ice maker. i consisted of two screws and one plug. so i made a call to whirlpool, whirlpool said the first time Doc's was out to replace my ice maker they replaced it with the wrong unit and it almost caught my freezer on fire. so whirlpool agreed to replace the ice maker at no charge. i had another appoinment lined up for the new ice maker today between 8-1. i got a phone calll at noon saying that they had an emergency and the service guy couldnt show up. i spoke with Matt the service manager to try and get things straightend out, Matt the manager hung up on me. i had to drive over to Doc's and talk to Matt in person sicne Matt hung up on me, they charged me $70.00 for a service call that was thier fault, they didnt want to give me a refund because supposdly Matt said he was the owner but said he couldnt sign checks, then all the sudden Matt wasnt the owner....i refused to leave until they gave me a refund and low and behold they came up with $70.00 cash to give me...NEVER EVER DO BUSNIESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
The moron came out to remove something stuck in the dryer...20 minutes 150.00 (PRICELESS !) I put a load of wet towels in and came back 2 hours later and they were still wet. The idiot forgot to turn the gas on. What service for such a great price. Called the store and there response was... it was working when the tech left. The offer was a 20.00 credit !
Helpful staff on the phone. Friendly & helpful guys at the counter. Professional & knowledgeable service techs. I have used this company many times and have ALWAYS been pleased.
Ok it's Saturday around 3 pm and I'm having 12 of my friends over for dinner. So I go to the kitchen to start dinner. And I hear a beeping from my Frig. Its Saturday and I start calling around. NO one wants to send anyone out. I call Doc's I tell them whats up and the owner comes out in person to help me. Joe worked until 6:40 pm to fix i,t while I'm working on dinner. Doc's Rocks and my guests never know how close we were to carry out pizza and beer. The service ever!!!!
repair service and CUSTOMER service – The 3 times i have had to call the company the lady that answers the phone is always rude and comes across like I'm bothering her. They have been late 2 times in a row for appointments without an update. The last repair guy came out to check our dishwasher for issues, he literally looked at the front of dishwasher, opened it closed it and said he needs to order a new circuit board. Cant wait to see the installation process.
Excellent Service!! – We have always had excellent service at Doc's. One winter our elderly furnace boiler went out and instead of coming out & charging for a visit, they told my husband what to do over the phone to see what exactly the problem was and had the correct part waiting for him when he got to the store.
They've always had the parts we need for whatever problem that comes up, from the washer to the stove to the furnace.
The employees are all very nice.
