I came to them this winter for a trip back home. I needed to find a flight in a hurry and one that was affordable. They understood me and set it up hassle free without me having to worry about details.

Very professional, courteous and warm people. I will be giving them my business in the future. I recommend them to anyone who is planning a trip back home!

Solid Establishment. Honest and reliable travel agency. I know what I am paying for and it's always a job well done. Worth it to try their service. They certainly know their stuff.

Marvelous. Been going to them since Cancun high school spring break!! Always great recommendations. Great prices and service. They recently did a young adult tour across Europe for my brother and I. The weather isn't the best at this time of year, but ask them about it for maybe summer or near then.

Worse Trip set up. Months ago, I was told by this fairly tall skinny young girl (if she still works there, she has a really big nose and ears, and oriental eyes, so be aware to NOT go to her) to book this hotel in the Bahamas. She said she recommends this place to her customers and has had great reviews. Well the hotel was bug infested, locks unsafe, room was never cleaned. I can go on, but my head would burst. Prices were not that great either.

Highly recommend. They've been in business for many years and from what I have seen their experience certainly shows. They have good prices and are extremely helpful. I recently had a very well planned out trip to Greece for my anniversary and it was put together beautifully. I highly recommend them. Cheers :)

Wonderful and Professional Travel Agent. I have been a loyal customer of Rena Travel for 13 years and I am still amazed by the great deals Amira and her staff have come up with for me and my family... Always smiling and greet you by name and their follow up is on target....

AMAZING TRIP!!!!!. Just came back (Aug. 14) from a Holy Land tour done by Rena Travel. They booked my air, hotel, and all the tours. It was hassle free because they worked around our student budget and gave us a great deal. The trip was PERFECT and we had such a blast. The tour guides were top notch. Everything was on time, and the trip went very smoothly. I couldn't ask for a better planned trip. I am already saving up money for the next tour they are offering in 2011!!
