So Wednesday my boyfriend suprised me
with a dozen pink roses from here, by the next day 3 roses of 12 were dropped and dead, so he called and spoke to the male associate who made the bouquet and told him what was going on an he proceeded to tell him that I need to take better care of my flowers. Not only is that unprofessional and rude, but I've had many roses, who ever made the boquet took already bloomed roses and just took off the already bloomed petals to make then look like they haven't bloomed, you can clearly tell that's what he did because each closed dead rose has only about 6-8 petals.
Today's Saturday, 3 days later from receiving them 7 of 12 are dead.
Rude, lying employees who have no desire to fix there mistakes or make there customers happy. Will never go here again.

Bad Experience.
Worst ever. Do not recommend it at all.
It was my wife's birthday and they had promised to get the flowers delivered to her but they could not find her at her place of work (when the cell phone was in the order).
The customer service is even worst. They don't have attitude to make the customer happy.
They ruined my day and a special occasion for us.
Will never use them again.

Great qualitiy plants and flowers, and helpful people.
English Gardens has been a great place to buy my flowers for years. They have high quality products. Sometimes their prices are high. But they take back anything I decide I don't like or if it died. Also, I can save 10% on all my purchases with my Garden Club Card. So the high prices aren't as bad. Oh, and I've gone to some of their FREE educational classes on my yard and gardening. Then they do classes like bow making and holiday decorating around Christmas. Overall, it's been a really great place and the people have always been very helpful.
