I went to Steven Franklin Optics after having a bad experience at another eyeglass store. After discussing my previous problems, Steve and his son Danny took their time to explain to me in great detail why I was having these problems and gave me many options to resolve it. They proceded to help me pick out a great pair of new glasses and put my prescription in them for me too. After receiving a phone call after only a couple of days I went to pick up my new order. They fit them for me and they worked great. I would highly recommend Steven Franklin Optics to any of my friends and family, great friendly family owned store.

Great glasses. I have been wearing glasses since I was 7. My vision is worse every year. I get more uncomfortable as I get older.

I would not go anyplace else for even a simple pair of glasses. The prescription is checked to perfection. I feel better when I know the color and shape make me look good. The opticians are always honest and professional.

Disappointing experience. I had 2 pairs of glasses made. They were both to have identical properties of my current glasses: transitions progressive lenses. I was given a price in writing: $1242. I picked up the glasses before a weekend trip and found that they did not have the transitions lenses. (which darken in sunlight). I returned to the store and was told for another $280 they would put in the lenses I had contracted for in the first place. After an argument, the owner agreed to put in the correct lenses for a mere $140.

The customer is never right!. Wants me to pay to replace lenses that were the wrong prescription. Did not use the prescription I brought in with me.
