Great place for me. I have gone to a couple of places before this watch shop. I had to wait a while before I got service but once I got the service it was the best. I understand that I can not rush good work. It is hard to find a quality place that doesn't send stuff out. I had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone I know!

customers not appreciated. After being a customer of Dions for many years, I just came home from MY LAST VISIT THERE. I bought an ESQ watch there 2 weeks ago. My past purchases include a Rado for my husband, a Tissot, and a Daniel MInx watch. I ran in today and was contemplating a Gucci watch purchase. While I was there I need links taken out of two watches as they were too large. Dion never got off the phone even while doing the link removal, but managed to tell me I owed him $25.00 for his service!! I could have taken these watches anywhere closer to my home, but figured I would take them to him, as I have been a customer there for over 10 years. I never even got a receipt, he was too busy on the phone. How about saying I appreciate your business over the years?? He won't see me again. In these hard times, you would think a 2 minute watch link removal from someone who has spent several thousand dollars might have been a service offered.

POOR SERVICE FALSE PROMISES. please avoid this business at all costs. they have had my watch for 6 months and keep giving me promises of 3 more weeks, as originally promised every time i call, which has been a 1/2 dozen times. Owner refuses to call me back even after employee told me he would. This store needs to be on FOX 2 Problem Solvers. In fact, I think I would call. I little empathy and honesty would go a long way with me, unfortunately those qualities don't seem to exist at this place.

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. I should not have listened to my colleagues recommendation and went to Karogosian to have my rolex serviced.
