Best Hotel Staff. I recently had out of town guests visiting me and my house was being renovated so I was stuck without a place to host my family so I decided to book several rooms at the Amerisuites Hotel in Auburn Hills,MI for my guests and myself. I was completely surprised and taken back as to how accomodating, friendly and professional the front desk staff treated everyone and I wasn't the only one that noticed. I have stayed at many 4 and 5 star full service hotels all over the world and I have to say that this was the best experience. Definitely a breath of fresh air to say the least. Oh and the rooms were out of this world. They all had 42' PLASMA tv's and the Hyatt Grand Beds were superb. My family didn't want to leave. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an upscale, clean and friendly enviorment for business or pleasure travel.
