Would not recommend! I paid for my wedding dress fitting and my mothers several months before the wedding. Our wedding was postponed so I called to pick up the dresses and ask about a refund for the alterations. "ROSE" told me that my mothers dress was already altered and I had to pay for the alterations and claimed I never paid for my wedding dress to be altered! I didn't save to receipt so I couldn't prove I did. I ended up paying for my mothers dress twice and never got the $79 back for mine. Considering they still use index cards as their way of organization and order records, I am sure that I am not the first person this had happened to!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I found this establishment to be extremely rude, inflexible and not at all customer oriented. They ordered the wrong size dress; expected payment upon receipt of a dress in an unreasonably short period of time and were downright rude about it; and were not willing to accomodate a special arrangement I suggested as I live an hour away. In addition when I tried to respond to their message, they had a recording on their phone that was old and not applicable (referring to a snow storm that never hit!); and although it appeared I would be able to leave a message after a beep it then disconnected me. Upon explanation of these facts to the owner there was no apology or attempt to accomodate me; in fact she threatened me! There are plenty of dress shops in the detroit metro area that are much nicer in appearance, cleaner and eager to deliver a good customer experience. I would never support this store again. Incidently, I have never written a complaint to post to the internet before this experience . . . just sayin . . . .
