I always feel like I belong at Motor City Guitar.. I’ve been purchasing guitars and equipment from Motor City for years and it feels like home. My son is growing up going to this store with me & every time we stop in, I see incredible guitarists as well as parents with their kids playing guitars, buying drums and taking lessons, so I can assure you that no one has a “rock-star” attitude. Everyone is treated with respect & the store is becoming one of the best shops in the country as the owner (Marty) continuously upgrades it.

It defiantly has a different vibe than the G.C. because you can take your time, find what you like and plug in without someone circling you like a shark trying to close the sale. Every one is helpful and friendly and will let you play any guitar you like through any amp and set it up for you.

If you want a Custom Shop Tele built to your specs or a White Falcon custom ordered in black, well Marty the owner will take that order and make your dream guitar come true!!

The selection is huge, the service is first class and they stand behind what they sell. The store just gets better & better everyday – what more could you want???
