Husband and I bought a lakefront cottage from outstate as a 1031 back end. He helped us posting doc.s photos and video tour with a home inspector interview during the walkthru put it all online. Have used for years - will continue.. I'm familiar with this business and the others that posted here. My wife & I have known him personally and done business with him before and after marriage...some 5 transactions of buying and selling property. The company has also handled our tax filings. The approach is always very customer oriented and we have recommended them to many others. I saw him deal in writing, by phone and in person with difficult customers. The offer is always the same: if they feel they have been wronged he will sit in front of any pastor of their choice and accept the outcome. Between professionalism and fairness we would not trust our situation to anyone else....we have indeed only dealt with him on every house move. I recommend you also look at his 100% feedback on ebay - rare individual.
