Decent food, terrible service.. I honestly don't get this place. The two other metro detroit Boneyards are awesome. This one is a dud. I've been here probably 30 times the last 7yrs and everytime it's the same. No one is in there and the service is terrible, food is ok compared to the other.

Horible customer service!. I went to the bone yard in Farmington with a tast for BBQ. My friends and I place our order.well after waiting for 45 min. there ready to cash us out I had a gift card with 28 dollars on it. I called before I left my house to check my balancere, they swip the card a few times and tell me the card is invaled, I say that cant be I just called and some one gave me a balance. the "Manager" tells me I need to go some where, where they accept my gift card. One the back of my card it says" accepted at any location that participates in the gift card program" The "manager" continues to tell me theres nothing she can do and keeps trying to send me away. I evern called the location that gave me my balance and that manager telles her he will send them the balance that is on my card. But she says there lying and there not going to send them the money and she has to call her mom to see if this is somthing they want to do! Were not talking about a 100 dollar order not even 50 but 28 dollars! My husband and I dine out alot so to our friends every weekend and the firm I work for Hundreds of people we let each other know where to get good service and good food. they wont get my busness or any one else that I work with. Business must be realy bad when you have to get your Mommys approv for a 28 dollar order that you can get rembursed for, but that would explain why the place was empty....My friends they got there order but they said after opening th box the quality was something you would give to your dog! and thats not if you love him.

hope your business servives in this economy with that attitude.

wait for not much. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before anyone came to seat me. I arrived at an off-peak time and the place was not very busy. Once my family and I were seated, we waited another 15 minutes or so and then called the restaurant on our cell phone asking for a wait staff to take our order. After that, we had excellent service, but it never should have gotten to that point.

The ribs were good, but not great and certainly not fall off the bone. The portion size was good, as we order the ribs for two and that was sufficient for us, at the time.

Bad Ribs. I was craving some ribs and my job just moved to this area. I found the boneyard and i was very excited i normally go to the one in Dearborn. When i called to place my order the woman started off being rudei bypassed this beacuse i only had an hr lunch and i figured it must be crowded. i ordered the ribs when i went to pick the up it wasnt crowded at all in fact there wasnt a crowd at all. When i got back into the office i opened the box up and those ribs were hard, burnt and old with very little sauce. I work for a very large corp in Michigan and after showing my co workers my meal we all decided that this place would never waste or time or money ever again. I encourage anyone who's thinking about going to the boneyard in farmington hills to go elsewhere like Ginopolis as i should have gone. Horrible food Horrible service, voted Michigan's best i honestly dont know how.

best ribs ever. the only place i ever order ribs. the best bbq sauce and fries and bread. order 'ribs for 2' and share with 3 or 4.

can there be any more fat in their ribs. boneyards ribs are very fat and tough, as the reviewer said before and their fries were limpy, the service was the worst service ive ever seen in my life, noone on the floor spoke english, took for ever to get noticed, wont be back, highy not reccomended.

at the same level as applebees junk

the pits. we reciently ordered ribs for two from boneyard, they were so tough we couldn't eat them, will never order from there again, also fries were very limp and soggy. sorry, but we give this resturant thumbs down.
