Bob is attentive, responsive and knowledgeable of the product and new technologies. We havea lways felt he is looking to meet our needs. I was at a speaking event in Birmingham, MI. 2 years ago w/Mark Fields. I told him when Ford builds great, head turning vehicles I will buy one. You are now doing that with many of your products, In my 49 years of driving I have owned many GM cars, drive a 2011 Corvette Grand Sport and have owned many BMW's. This is my Firts Ford. Keep up the good work. I have now purchased my first Ford & Ford stock. You are on the right road.

The dealership was extremely helpful during the pickup process. We had to get a temporary license plate for the vehicle the Edge was replacing. They sent us to get the temp and completed the pickup process when we returned. They were fantastic.

My family has been purchasing vehicles from Tom Holzer Ford since 1987. This was the first time I have had the privelage of meeting and purchasing a vehicle from Tyrone and I have to say it was nothing but the best experience I have ever had. Being slightly under the weather that very day I knew Tyrone and the rest of the staff would treat me fairly and be patient with me in explaining all the necessities. I will continue to purchase vehicles from Tom Holzer Ford as will my family and friends. Thanks again for everything and I absolutely love my new Ford Fiesta.
