Great place???. Went in for an eyebrow wax and came out with burnt blistered skin around my eyes! This lasted about 5 days, which happens to be how many times I had to call to get a response from anybody!!! Come on already! I had to see a doctor for my burns and, two days after the incident, I had to miss work (embarrassed to face my own clients looking so bad). I was very disappointed at the way they handled my situation. I finally spoke with the owner, who seemed genuine and offered a refund for the waxing, doctor bill (my copay), and missed work. Which ended up being four calls from her insurance company asking the same questions and demanding a signed medical release for my complete medical history????? I responded by calling the owner and leaving yet another message, which has not been returned, three days and counting. 3-11-09

Odd experience. This salon has a lot of good follow up and reasonable prices but it seems like a place where little old ladies go to get their blue hair curled.

Looks like an Aveda but somehow isn't exactly there, lacks something essential. The hairdressers have a zombie-esk quality, can't put my finger on it, maybe stepford wives?

All in all not a comfortable place to relax and beautify.

Great Salon. I really like Legato. I live in Farmington and never realized it was a full-service salon! They are an Avedo salon - which I love. I have had hair cuts & colors, and waxing done here. I have a certificate for a massage and facial and am looking forward to it. Can't beat the location & ambiance.

Best Stylist. All i have to say is great job! i saw a wonderful stylist and her name is Jessica, she worked her magic on my hair. i felt right at home when i walk in, everyone was really nice and my hair looks amazing, everyone must go see jessica she knows just what do to and makes you feel beautiful!!! thanks again Jessica and salon Legato!!!
