Best Service Ever. When I first walked in the door at Banks I was surprised at the selection they had. The staff was very knowledgeable and after speaking with me at great length about the flooring in my home recommend the Miele Venus to me. After taking the Venus home on a trial demo and reading all the great reviews online, I decided to buy one. I couldn't be happier with my vacuum and I love the personal service I get at Banks. Thanks again guys!
