Extremely poor customer service on special orders. Lord help you if Maria or one of her workers gets your order wrong.

I have been going to Maria's for years and decided to use the bakery for a special Christmas party. When I went to pick up my food, I noticed it was filled incorrectly. Maria personally did not want to accommodate and make it right. Her exact words were, "I'm not going to make excuses" nor did she offer an apology until I expressed how upset I was that I'm now in a bind. Even then, her apology seemed forced and insincere.

Yes, Maria's has good food. I'll give her that much. However, she is unreliable and could not care less about pleasing customers when she makes an error. If you need a special order, or an event catered, I would strongly recommend going to someone who takes responsibility for their actions and more importantly, makes customer service paramount. It is clearly NOT Maria's.

By the way, I ended up spending 40% MORE for a modified order that still was incorrect. This is only because I was in such a bind and had no time to go elsewhere. How is it that she can make a premium in her mistakes and feel good about it? Shame on you Maria!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Seriously, I was a day a a half late to use my CBS Local coupon and they wouldn't accept it. Really?!? Obviously, they aren't concerned about return visits so neither am I.

I Love This Place.. Me and My husband just moved in a year ago. We have come hear often. The food is amazing. The Lunch meat prices are so cheap. And the deli food area has new food every week. My husband loves the potatoe salad. I really like the Greek pasta. it is a perfect side to a dinner. overall i love this place. maria good job on all your hard work!

Fabulous Greek Salad. Absolutely best Greek Salad anywhere!!! A little pricey, but well worth it, especially for a special dinner or weekend treat. Maria is a gem!!

Perfect. The stromboli is great, the pizzas are amazing, the chocolate bumpy cake...wow. It's also a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff is always extremely nice & helpful. My wife and I enjoy having people over and Maria's is the perfect place to always find something that will please a crowd. We in Novi are truly spoiled to have this place right around the corner.

Best Deli and Bakery anywhere!!. I completely understand why Maria's bakery and Deli is voted number one deli and bakery by the 2007 people's choice award. There food is amazing and is perfect for when guests are coming over . Also it is a great place to get food when you are serving many people. I also enjoyed talking to Maria, herself, she is so nice and friendly.

Been going there for years. Great food and great value. I suggest picking up a pizza to be cooked at your place ... Decicious and cheap excellent meats (the only place I can get copacola). Try the Stromboli!

Maria's is a little gem. I love stopping at Maria's for something on the way home before making dinner. I can alway find a dessert or pasta salad to enhance my dinners and make me look like a great cook!
