great food, horrible service – I took my kids there tonigh for a peaceful dinner. The waitress was snotty, and almost purposefully rude.

I have been going there for 20 years, and she was going to charge me for dressing for my leftovers. She was just horrible. I would NOT eat there again.

Great Food! – Jennifer's Cafe is a great restaurant. We have been going there for a few years now, and we make a special trip to go. They offer meals that you can't get anywhere else. Their sandwiches are mostly on Lawash bread, and they are more than you can eat. Their maurice salad is awesome! My big surprise, though, at our most recent trip was the entrees. I had never tried them before. I ordered the Pistachio Salmon and I was very impressed. Again, it was far more than I could eat; it came with soup (the best you've ever tasted - carrot chicken) rice and steamed spinach. We also got a basket of steamed pita. Perfect!!!

great place for vegans and vegetarians – I had my first visit to Jennifer's Cafe last week and to my surprise there was much to offer my vegan palette! I had hommus and taboulee as an appetizer and a Nicoise salad (minus the avacado) with oil and vinegar as my entree. I noticed many other vegetarian options as well, Falafil, a grilled vegetable roll up sandwich, and was told that that they would accomodate me with almost anything that i wanted them to make! My server was very friendly and attentive, the workers seemed to enjoy themselves, and myself and my guest only waited about ten minutes for to be seated.

I also learned that this restaurant has been around for over twenty years! Run by the same family! This is definitely a gem. Oh, and they have a great hot tea selection!

Take you food out, you don't want to eat there – This place reminds you of a school cafeteria, little decorations, cheap furniture. The food is surprisingly good however. Their menu is a cross between middle eastern and Italian? Try the veal with lingonberries or the salmon over spinach. Their soups and apps are also good. Take it home and enjoy your food in a more civilized atmosphere.

Great Menu – This place will suprise you. A well run family place with a diverse menu. Good selection of mid-eastern too.
