When shopping for a new car I always start by going to the dealers closest to my house. I get their best deal then I contact Stacie Bright at Szott Ford which is 40 miles away. Stacie always makes process very easy. The hardest part is picking out a color. I always get the best price and customer service from her. Stacie has done this for six consecutive leases. I spoke with her on a Friday at 1:30pm and it was ready and waiting for me at their front door the following morning when they opened. Walked in signed a few papers and I was on my way. Getting a new car is fun, getting a great deal is better, Stacie's customer service, priceless.

I love Szott Ford and Renee. I absolutely love Szott Ford! Renee Weeks and all of the staff at Szott has made me feel like family. They always give me the best quality care and treat me perfectly. I have always referred all of my friends to Renee and will continue to! She is by far the easiest salesman to work with and takes all of my wants, needs...and mostly budget into consideration. I hope to buy many more vehicles from her in the future! Thank you all again for being #1.

Great Experience. I just purchased a used vehicle from Scott Vennettilli at Szott Ford. I must admit I was not looking forward to this experience. I guess I pictured someone just trying to sell a vehicle by any means, including pressuring me. However, from the minute I asked a question on the computer regarding the vehicle I was interested, it was a very pleasant experience. Scott was very well informed about the vehicle, was honest upfront and VERY patient. Not only that, but I got a great price on my trade in. The Escape was immaculate, and the small scratch I did notice was fixed within 1 business day, actually less than a day since it was the weekend when I purchased it. Not only was Scott great, but all the staff were friendly and appeared very happy...not what I was expecting, but pleasantly surprised ;). Thank you so much for a great SUV and great service!

Great Customer Service. Szott Ford offered a great experience in buying a used vehicle. Hernando Hulleza was just awesome! He did everything he could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. We will definitely go to Hernando & Szott Ford first when looking at new & used vehicles. You can buy a vehicle at any dealership but great customer service definitely makes it a pleasurable experience!! Thanks Szott Ford!!

Always Wonderful. It is always a wonderful experience when I visit Szott Ford for new vehicles. Hernando Hulleza has been working with my son for more than 10 years and with me for over 3 years. He is the most wonderful salesperson to deal with--no pressure and explains everything. I also want to mention that Anthony Ketchum made my financing unstressful even under my current fiscal situation.

Hernando Hulleza, a genuine gem and true expert in his trade. I have wanted to own an American made car, and for that matter a Ford for years now. Hernando helped make this dream possible. I felt comfortable and at ease with the process. And I was impressed with how Hernando handled my budget and desires for a vehicle. I walked in and out with my dream car. I am proud to drive my new Ford Focus and I am happy Szott Ford could help make this happen for me. I will definitely be a returning customer for my next car!

Best Ford dealership and salesperson around!. I went to Szott Ford because the car I was driving died spur the moment and I needed a new one ASAP. I needed to get a used car that worked well with my budget. NICK RILEY was my salesman and worked extremely hard to get me a car that fit every single one of my needs. He was able to find me a 2011 used car in a matter of one day for me. It fit my budget, my desire for space and reliability, and came with a ton of extras as well! He was very kind and honest and worked extremely hard with the manager in order to make this car happen for me. He was able to get it certified and warrantied as well. I am extremely happy with how hard Nick worked in order to get me a vehicle so fast. I will be coming back to him and Szott Ford the next time I need a new vehicle (but I don't see that being for quite a while due to the fact of how great of condition this car is in). I am so happy to now have a dependable, reliable, and good looking vehicle. I would recommend Szott Ford and NICK RILEY to anyone in need of a vehicle. They will work with you very quickly to meet your budget and needs and make the car of your dreams possible!
