I went in for an oil change. I was using my last visit on my buy one oil change get 3 free.
The experience was very good. I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee and processed in a timely manner
Everyone behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. Tim was very helpful and kept in touch with daily phone calls until the issue was resolved.
The problem I have is with the technicians. I have had a few issues with my oil changes. They forgot to top the fluids once before. This time they did not check the tail lights in which one was burned out. This puts to question if the techs are really doing the 18 point inspection. It says on the receipt that they checked the rear lamps, but they obviously did not. I am sitting the lobby (which is very nice by the way) and I can not see what is going on when they give me oil changes unlike in other businesses.
