It was great. I live a few states away and I was helped like I was right there in front of him. I had a great salesman to talk me thu everything. Bill Hilliard was fun to work with and I would do it again. Thanks for the help. I will be going back when I want another car!
From start to finish, this was the absolute best experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle!
everyone was great!! they sat an helped on any thing question I had on new Durangos:) bought my first durango in 2000 an still looks n runs great but time for me to get a new one, Very happy I did
Marco at your Warren office (special financing) was excellent. We are very satisfied with our purchase.
our experience was very good. Bill was very helpful in getting us a vehicle and keeping us updated on the process to get the car.
very happy with the business and experience we had with the sales person we had
I was looking at used Journeys and then decided to go new because of your deals. Bob Lesko was so helpful in answering all our questions and making the process go very smoothly along with getting us the best deal.
I worked with Sherry Hart for the second time now and she was great. Sherry works very hard to make sure she meets all you needs. Unlike most car salespersons who seem to spend more time telling you what they can't do, she strives to do everything you ask. The buying experience with Sherry is a pleasure instead of a trial. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new car
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was a very good experience and I love my new Jeep.
My experience was a pleasant one! My wife and I first came to the dealership last December inquiring about basic pricing and packages on minivans.
Bill Hilliard greeted us promptly in a warm, friendly manner. He answered all of our questions. I informed that we were considering remodeling our bathroom, too. Well, we remodeled the bathroom! Now, fast forward eight months to August.
Upon my return eight months later, I entered the showroom seeking Bill out. Upon our initial meeting in December, he established that we have some common acquaintances and his daughters attends the school district in which I work.
This time I was seeking out a Chrysler Town & Country. Once again, Bill took the time to explain the different option packages, and trim levels available. I returned home to ponder options and colors available, in the options in which I was interested. Bill did the computer search and found the color and options available at some nearby dealerships. He followed up my visit with voice message on my home home inviting me back to the showroom to discuss pricing and options.
Well of course, when I returned home my wife asked did you get "bun warmers?" She informed me she does like them quite well on her car and I should get them too. I then went over to my neighbor's house, a retired Chrysler engineer who worked on the minivan project in the early eighties, suggested that I get a van with a "trailer package." So, I heeded their advice and returned to the showroom to inform Bill the options had changed and what did he have in stock? I was really getting "picky" with adding extra options and only two color choices, he was undaunted and logged onto his computer. Well, it was my lucky day, since he had a silver gray Town & Country with a trailer package and "bun warmers" in stock!
We went out to the back lot to look it over, and it looked fine to me! It had the leather upholstery, "bun warmers," trailer package, and two DVD players! I am confident that my little nieces and nephews will enjoy that feature when we go to the Detroit Zoo. I informed Bill that I needed to return Friday with my wife to get her "approval." Well, we returned on Friday and she gave it her "seal of approval."
We scheduled to take delivery at noon on Monday and Bill was ready and willing to show us around the service department and then out to our new Town & Country, all washed up and ready to go! He went through all the "bells and whistles" once again, starting with the electronics and finishing up with the stow-n-go seating. He did a fine job!
Well almost... I put stowed the last row of seats, when I arrived home, just to see if I could pull it off without a hitch. I got them stowed, but I forgot the "magic words" to get back to the "unstowed" position. So... Bill I'll be back in to have you show me how to do this again!
