Great service, fabulous customer service!. I had to order flowers over the phone due to being in Germany. The florist was very helpful and very descriptive. She was also assuring, which is important when you are making a phone call from another continent. The price was right, and I can't complain about the service at all.

I have used FTD in the past to order and send flowers to friends and family, but I have to say, working with the florist directly is a million times easier, and more helpful than using a service such as FTD.

I would definetely use this florist again should the situation call for it.
