Family owned does make a difference – I installed a pool from Pat and Prestige Pools in 2000. I shopped around to see who had the best deal and found out that the only company that I trusted was Pat and Prestige. Everything he told me was true. The timelines were right on, the costs were as quoted with absolutely no hidden costs. The other companies were trying to recommend something that wasn't in my best interest. Pat never did that. He listened to what I wanted in a pool and quoted me just that. Others just tried to sell me on low price and cheaper options.
All the folks in the store and all the field maintenance crew are knowledgeable and helpful. If I have a problem, they know how to fix the problem. They sell all the right equipment and chemicals. I've taken many water samples in (even when I didn't have a problem) and they would happily test the sample. Then would recommend what I needed to do. Many times it would be virtually nothing, although they could have tried to sell me chemicals I didn't need.
Trust is important and they have earned my trust. After 10 years, they still have been great to work with. They open and close my pool every year. I wouldn't have anyone else repair anything on my pool. Pat's guys know my pool. They have been around for many years and have a wealth of experience.
I would not hesitate to recommend Pat Henry's Prestige Pools. They are the best. Pat has his name on the company, which means he has a real stake in what happens. You don't find that in many companies anymore - especially pool stores.
Service, Service, Service – A coworker recommended Prestige Pool when I was shopping around for a new pool liner a few years ago. Prestige gave me the best quote, but the bonus was the extraordinary service I have received ever since the owner, Pat Henry, stepped into my backyard. The coping also needed replacing, but it was a style that was common 25 years ago. Not a problem - Prestige found some. How about a pipe clamp for my 25 year-old heater? Not a problem
