Almost ruined my wedding day. I was sold a dress that I fell in love with, but I bought the sample dress in a size 12 and I am a size 2. Before I made the final purchase I asked if alterations would be a problem, and they replied no no no of course not. So I bought the dress......3 months before my wedding I go to get alterations and they would have to completely reconstruct the dress to make it fit me. They lied to me just to make a sale, and worse than that, they wouldn't do anything to help me. They wouldn't refund my money or even exchange the dress for one in my size. THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE, NOT AT ALL WORRIED ABOUT YOUR WEDDING DAY! GO TO THE WEDDING SHOPPE!

Great place, I don't understand the negative reviews.. I was really impressed with the Bridal and Tux Center in Oakdale Mall. I visited a lot of wedding shops looking for dresses for my October wedding, from David's to small Stillwater Boutiques. What I liked about the Bridal and Tux Center was that they didn't pressure me or follow four steps behind me the entire time. They were also really patient-- I tried on so many dresses! I found a Mori Lee dress that I haven't seen anywhere else. I feel like I might almost have a truly unique dress.

My mother and I went there and she will look for her mother of the bride dress there as well.

I had to paid for rush shipping, so that I wouldn't cut things too close, but they were very direct about arrival dates and fees. My dress came in when it was supposed to. They always returned my phone calls within hours (I usually called when they were closed).

I would recommend this bridal salon over many others.

Polite and prompt service. Truthful pricing and measurements.

BAD, WORST, AND AWFUL ARE THE WORDS!. I cannot even begint o explain the unexpierence and the unprofesionlism these people have here, I walked in there accidently thinking it was David's. and the lady says "oh were better than them!" then she procedes to ask me what i was looking for so i told her, and then she pulled out the prettiest dress i have seen up untill then. so that was the first week in december. This is now april, and my wedding is in a week. I have called numerous times asking where my dress was. I got three different people with three different stories and exsuses. Telling me my dress was in china, in was in flordia and the best one yet that it got sent back from customs. So they call me yesterday telling me my dress was there! Well it was there but it was THE WRONG DRESS! Yes the wrong dress a week away from my wedding! I talked to the Regional manager and she was nice, but this whole situation has gone fom bad to worse! So now i am stressed out beyond belief! and all theses people can do is say there sorry! Um yeah get me my fricken dress and shut up is what i wanted to tell them! I would not wish this on anyone, the stress that i am under is so bad! AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK TO GET ANOTHER DRESS!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE PEOPLE! BAD BAD BAD BAD!

Unprofessional and Rude!. If you are planning on getting married anytime soon or know somebody who is getting married (and you like them) I would urge them not to go to the Bridal and Tux Center (they have two locations St. Paul/Oakdale and Plymouth Four Seasons Mall). When I ordered my bridesmaids dress (from the Plymouth location) I was assured I would get the dress in a timely manner. I received the dress four days before the wedding and the person who measured me did it wrong, it was about 2 inches two small around the rib cage. I ordered a maternity dress and you'd think they would account for a growing body during pregnancy. The owner of the store has not done anything at this point to try to compensate me for the stress I went through, she was rude to me on the phone and refused to make sure that everything was going to work out okay. I feel like they got their money now it is my problem to figure this mess out. It is now three days before the wedding and the pregnant Maid of Honor still doesn't have a dress to wear down the isle. I have been in several weddings in the past few years and have never been treated this poorly by a bridal shop in my life!

Unprofessional and Rude. I was hoping to find dresses at this store that I would like, but my experience was so unpleasent I would not go back. The staff was not helpful and they ignored me while I looked through the dresses. I had questions about bridesmaids dresses and they did not offer any suggestions of what would look good with my dress. They seemed annoyed I was in the store. I was very dissapointed with my experience and am glad I found my dresses and tuxes elsewhere.

WORST BRIDAL SHOP EVER!!!!!!. Do NOT go to this shop! They are nice to you until they make the sale then they are absolute jerks. Not to mention that they ordered the complete wrong bridal gown for me and then tried to tell me that the incorrect dress was indeed mine. Basically they called me a liar and refused to order me my correct dress. I finally made them look up the dress that was written in my file and order the correct one which should have been done in the first place. Everyone that works there is rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional.

No one will go out of their way to help you, they are only interested in taking your money and after that your on your own. There are so many other wonderful places out there with fabulous service that will treat you like you deserve to be treated. I ended up finding my bridesmaids dresses, tuxes and accessories at Dena Marie's in Roseville. They completely surpass bridal center in terms of customer service and quality, I wish I stopped there first for my dress.
