On Monday I purchased a new 2013 Equinox from Mike Bestgen. I'd been going there for service and Wade Hanson , a service adviser, referred me to Mike to trade in my 2008 Equinox.
It was a great transaction in all respects. I got his best price on the new car up front, no let me talk to the sales manager nonsense. My trade-in was appraised in under 10 minutes and priced $ 500 more than Kelly or Edmunds website said I could expect for excellent condition.
Mike's a real pro, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, but low key , no pressure, no hype. Plus he listened to me,and gave me a great demo of the car and its features.
I looked at two other dealership the one played the "let me check with the manager game", while the other was $200 higher on the exact same vehicle.
Arranging financing took 6 questions and 10 minutes , for a very decent rate. Oh and while they presented extended warranty and accessory options, zero hard sell!

I just purchased a 2013 Tahoe from Adam Notsch at Miller Chevrolet. I found the vehicle I wanted online and Adam followed up right away. I came in two days later and the service was even better in person - no hassle, no pressure and very friendly and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and made it a very enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back to Miller Chevrolet.
Purchased a 2013 Silverado after working with Andrew Watson. Great experience Andrew was very knowledgeable. Due to his knowledge of GM incentives and the employee purchase program we saved considerably. Would recommend Andrew and as a result Miller Chevrolet highly.
My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Traverse and were extremely happy with the service we received from Ryan Thiebault! We never felt pressured and we just let him know what we wanted and he came through for us. We have been looking for a few weeks now for a Traverse and by far Miller had the best prices that we had seen you will not be disappointed!
