Warners' Stellian Appliance Outlet – I have bought may appliances from Warners' Stellian Appliance on Nicollet in Minneapolis. From my first attempt 14 years ago buying a refrigerator for my new house to every appliance this house has been furnished with. I recently upgraded my kitchen with 2 noteworthy pieces, both in stainless and both not only reasonably and under the price quotes I had received from competitors, but my girl friend an Executive Chef is beyond words on their performance. I had a top rated, informative seller on both occasions,( I bought one item and then returned by weeks end to complement the rest of the kitchen). I had 2 extremely flexible delivery men who made fitting these appliances in by millimeters look simple and were more than accommodating.I would not consider ever purchasing any appliance from any other seller. The team at Warners' Stellian are forthright sellers, know what they are talking about and extremely easy to communicate with. I had doubts on color, the size, the investment, etc. I am a guy, I have no idea how to buy these things, however, when I walked out having made my purchases, I felt excited and confident. I later saw my stove at another venue, priced at $2,000 more than my price. I further have received courtesy calls on my satisfaction on every product I have ever purchased, and my list gets longer. Warners' Stellian can not be praised enough on the quality of the sales people, the delivery people and the products they stand behind. I encourage every reader to experience a true leader in the industry and get to know why Warners' Stellian has been in business for so long. Take it from a satisfied customer, I am not the easiest to please, and I can full heartedly recommend the highest rankings you can give this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Great Experience Again!!!!! – Shopping for Upright Freezer and Upright Refrigerator orginally at Maple Grove site. Found out that Nicollet Ave store had on the floor. Went there and Sales Staff answered all questions, showed us options, and helped with purchase. Free Delivery and removal of old chest freezer was beneficial. Parking was a challenge, but well worth the trip.
over 1200 dollars for a range that doesn't work – We bought a stove. Stovetop is fine, the oven and display don't work. Made appointments for the tech to come out. No call, no show. Missed two days of work. Eventually someone came out, oven didn't work two days later. Unreturned messages, sketchy stories about why the part is unavailable. It will be at least seven weeks before they fix it (assuming they fix it, we still have no oven).
Very Disapointed – Bought an item that was "missing the box" at a discount. This unit was delivered used, dirty and missing parts. WS ( craby) customer service defines used as something other than units that were used in the store.
FYI, there is no gray area in new vs used. And if you disagree, food parts on the inside does constitute used.
NEVER AGAIN! – We decided to finish our basement and add a full bar/kitchen. We dropped into WS to see what they had to offer. The showroom was very nice and the selection was great. So... we placed an order for over $10,000 in appliances. Delivery promised, in writing, August 22. ----------------------- Aug 22 came and went, no delivery. I called the sales rep to find out what the issue was, he had someone call me back to schedule delivery. We had a plumber on site for the prescribed date. He sat around (on the clock), but no delivery. We rescheduled and some of the appliances were dropped off. SOME of the appliances!! ----------------------- I called to find out where the balance of the order was. Much to my surprise, the sales rep could not verify that he had placed the order for the balance of the equipment. After many calls, some of them left un-responded to, I called the store manager. That was almost a month ago... --------------------- So after 2 months and an additional $328.34 in unexpected expenses, for miscelaneous parts that were missed, even after several conversations, we have a new delivery date of Thursday, Oct 25th. I will not be holding my breath. ------------------ Their web site says... "we're working hard to earn your business". Huh?? --------------- I will NEVER spend another nickle with Warner's Stellian! ----------------- Good Luck! ******

Cons: BAD cust service, MISSED deliveries, POOR communication, NO follow-up
