I am very happy with my experience at Bloomington Chrysler. I got the exact car I was looking for and David Hanson was just as excited for me to have as I was. Ask for him! I also am very pleased with the financing, my friends asked me who I took with me to make sure I got the best deal and asked the right questions, Nobody! I went by myself and never felt uncomfortable or unsure about my purchase, they were honest and did not leave out any details!! 5 stars
This place is amazing, the salesman here seemded to really care. If you need a car go in and ask for mike Sorensen
Great place to buy a car! I went in at 3pm on Saturday and met Mike Sorensen, who was great! We went over the new Chrysler 200, test drove it, and he went over the car in detail. I had gotten numbers elsewhere, and when I told Mike what i had gotten, he had the sales manager come out. Not only was he able to match it, he beat it! I was amazed, and now am driving my beautiful new 200 Limited!
Bar None - Worst Auto Dealer in the STATE – Simply the worst dealership I've dealt with in 20+ years of car buying! The sales process was an all day painful event even though I walked in knowing exactly what I was going to buy. Then comes the "service", they make the sales team look fantastic. I'm not posting because I have any sour grapes, we love the van and it's a great vehicle for us. I'm posting so that NOBODY has to deal with this dealership's service department. They are absolutley useless. There are dozens of options for buying cars in the Twin Cities, if you find one you like at Bloomington Chrysler you should go to another dealer and ask them to find you one just like it because they will. Don't subject yourself to this dealer! I really wish there was a way to rank them with zero stars!!!
Worst auto shop – They don't even get 1 star in my book. After I left the shop, my car pulled to the right drastically, my tire leaks considerably, and my gas mileage has dropped by almost half. Yet when I call to talk to the service dept (after multiple messages left unreturned), they tell me that only the tire pulling can be an issue. There is no way that's a coincidence. I'm quite sure that they damaged my car somehow so that I would be forced to bring it back. NEVER GO HERE!!
Service Manager pulled a bait and switch. Brought vehicle in for a recall and tech preformed unauthorized work. After many conversations on this miscommunication and conduct, all I got was 'My hands are tied'. Even from the start when I brought the vehicle in it was slow service I even made an appointment and they didn't serve me accordingly. In order to get my vehicle back I had to pay the bill. Service was unhelpful, very poor and unfriendly. When I finally went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait 30 mins before anyone would help, no one could help me but the cashier and he was no where to be found yet no one felt the need to find him for me. Once bill was paid I was sent to go find my vehicle in a mass parking lot of vehicles. It was -10 degrees and had no clue where to begin. Eventually the unauthorized 'work' they preformed caused another problem I now have to deal with. Poor poor service, doesn't get any worst then this. I will NEVER bring my vehicle back here again, and I highly recommend driving a little farther out to a different dealer who will serve you properly.
Very poor service: Avoid – Signed up using the internet service scheduler. Received no information on when the car should be available for pick up on a drop off. The escheduler does not provide a phone number to the place, so you have to somehow find a number. Also, the scheuler site does not provide payment information and I never received a call when the work was completed. When I thought of calling at 6:02p.m. on a Friday, I learned the store closes it 6 and no one would pick up the phone though they were undoubedly still there. Service is closed on Saturday. I recommend going somewhere else.
They need to pay more attention – Once i went for a simple oil change and was first in line, I told them i use synthetic oil and was told they would be done in 10 to 15 min, after 5 min the guy walks in and says they have to get the oil from an supplier near by and it would take a 1/2 hour just to get it., i said that i would have to come back at another time because i was on a lunch break from work and he told me that all the oil had already been draind from my jeep so i had no choice but to wait and be late from work. Another time i had brought it in for my regular check up for my warranty and they put regular oil in instead of synthetic after i made sure to tell the service manager that i took synthetic.. Lack of communication and not paying attention to detail was to blame.
Horrific customer service. Radio replacement resulted in damage to trim pieces, which the service advisor and tech attempted to blame us for. They installed the radio/gps wrong...etc. – Terrible attitude from customer service and techs...stay away from this dealer. There are others that are worth the drive.
