Tips for Bimbo's Octagon
Customer Service is lacking!!. We had two families that went on a Tuesday night. The young man took our wing order and then came back and took our pizza order for 4 adults and 5 kids. We arrived at around 5:10. At 6:45 we finally asked about our pizza after 5 tables that had come in after us were now leaving. The waiter says "it always gets busy like this, they should be coming". Then he comes over again and said "I put your order in at 5:38, it is not my fault the kitchen lost the order." Then he asks if we want the manager/owner to come over and we say yes. Then she proceeds to say it is the waiters fault the kitchen never got the order. How about if you both just apologize and not include us in your bickering back and forth. In the end they both kind of apologized and then the next sentence was it wasnt their fault. They may have good wings and pizza but from now on we will order and pick it up. Saturday night that is what we did and the garlic butter wings were missing the garlic. So they are not always consistent in good food either.

It's been around for over 40 years serving the absolute best pizza -- nothing comes close! Try the George's Special, with home made sausage and banana peppers.
Add 2 pounds of hot wings and a Colorado Bulldog --you will quickly see why this place is the best!
Right on Side Lake -- a great skiing and fishing lake with McCarthy's Beach state campground also right on the lake. In the summer, you can boat in!
Definately a must try! Hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Best EVER!!!. This place has thee best pizza and wings in the world! I swear... I'm from Hibbing but now live in LA and nothing here comes close to bimbos!!! I don't like minnesota but i still have bimbos withdrawls and everytime i go back to visit family this is the first place we go LOVE IT!!
