Walgreens on Lindell - A+ Customer Service – I'm all for calling out experiences that fall short of our expectations but also fI'm just as adamant for those experiences that exceed our expectations.
My post is an exception to the everyday experience at Walgreens and her name is Kim.
I just called this Walgreens and talked to Kim. I was looking for a Boss' Day card since I didn't get one last week. I told her my dilemma and she offered to look through the cards that have been filed away and ready for pickup. I was put on hold briefly and when she came back to the line she was excited to tell me that there were some boss' cards left from the weekend. She prompted me to get there quick just in case the Hallmark rep would happen to come by and pick up the extra cards today. She was VERY KIND and HELPFUL.
Thanks Kim for being #1 for Customer Service!
Have a great day!
worst experience at a walgreens – very poor store. went to card aisle, three people we sitting on the floor looking at cards. their card was sideways and had no manners of us getting through the aisle. finally pick our card and went to check out. black lady in cosmetics was the most inconsiderate and rude cashier i ever met. i had to thank HER before she said anything as i was leaving. tried calling the store to report her to the manager, but the phone rang for literally ten minutes and no one answered. walgreens needs to do something about this store.
Walgreens – Pharmacy is overwhelmed at all times, the check out folks are WAY too slow, very disorganized, very poor selection, not even "the usual" brands available, too many loitering blacks in parking lot and walking around buying nothing in store clogging aisles... wish there was another option close by.
Impersonal Service – They fill too many prescriptions and don't take their time. A walgreens recently gave a pregnant women cancer drugs instead of her prenatal vitamins in St. Peters, causing her to miscarry. Bottom line, when they fill too many prescriptions too quickly, things like that happen.
