If I could give -5 stars I would. This is the worst "managment" company I've ever encountered. Over the course of a year I have called Jason Grier numerous times about the common grass behind my fence line not getting cut. Well, it has been cut (brushhogged at that since the saplings ended up being 8+ feet tall) For some reason, the grass does get cut behind *most of my neighbors yards, but they can't figure out why not behind mine. Jason has never returned my phonecalls. With my 3rd phonecall this week Nancy informed me that Jason is the only person that can help me and all she can do is pass messages. I have done research and I know that this is a family owned company. To no avail, even the owner of the company (Jason's dad) cannot help me-really. Great company. Their "family' cited mottos are a joke. I would hate to be in that family based on their business practices.

EASIEST TO WORK WITH – Grier Group is the first company worth writing a good review of. They are so accommodating and bend over backward to meet every need and don't charge an arm and a leg like other management companies. I can only imagine the amount of calls they get each day! Each time I've left a message I've had a very pleasant response within a reasonable amount of time. Believe me, having dealt with two other management firms, this one truly can't be beat.

GREAT COMPANY – If you are like me, you read some of these reviews and think these guys must be bad. But, think about it....some people are impossible to please. My experience with this company and all of their employees has always been positive. While I maybe haven't received everything I asked for, but they are only the managers...the last call lands with my association board. They have always done everything they can to assist me with all of my requests. These guys have a tough job trying to make everyone happy, realistically, it just isn't possible. However, in my experience they do all they can to try. No complaints here.

WORST COMPANY EVER – I am not the kind of person to do this, but I am extremely upset. I have been calling Jason Grier for a couple months now requesting pool passes and why they have not been sent. After several months of calling him, they send me a lien notice on my property. They wanted an extra $200.00 so they chose to just ignore me until they could tack that on, now I get called back.

Jason's response was "those are phone calls, there is no paper trail, prove it. Sick a lawyer on me." Really, how does this company survive with such poor service and ethics. I would have chose a different subdivision to avoid having to deal with that guy.

Worst Management Company there is – This management group is awful. They take your money and then either ignore your requests for maintenance that they are required to cover per the contract or fight you on it. They have been repeatedly reported to the Better Business Bureau. We have had quite a few issues that were promised to be rectified and never were. Worse yet, the landscaping crew that have hired randomly comes (while children were slipping on wet leaves that had collected everywhere) damaged our bushes and then cut through our sign and didn't apologize. Upon reporting it several months ago, we were promised that we would get compensated... we're still waiting. Now that it's snowed, the side of the neighborhood that wasn't managed by Grier Group was plowed; our side was not. Upon calling the emergency number, it took hours for people to come out while we were all stuck. During the most recent time it snowed this past Tuesday, we received a call back from a blocked number saying that they would not be blowing until all the snow was done with no matter how late it was because they didn't have the finances. What are they doing with our money then?! Everywhere else was plowed by 6 am and now it's a day and half later and it's half plowed. Who is going to pay the work I missed due to our neighborhood being packed with snow while all other roads were drivable? I cannot wait until this group is finally sued for hurting someone due to their shoddy workmanship with keeping up the neighborhood (i.e. no salt put down when there is ice, half done plowing, leaving the leaves to rot, fences that haven't been kept up, rusty handrails, etc). This company has no business being open.

They live up their -terrible- reputation – Do not let Grier Group manage your property.

They never answer the phone or clean up during snow. They conduct shady business and always harass condo owners.

Not a fan – I have to provide a testimony to the exact opposite of the previous post. I have never had a good experience with the Grier Group. It took several months and many phone calls to get something fixed in a condo that I own. Every time I call them regarding simple things, such as a bill or losing my mailbox key, there is never anyone at the company that can or is willing to help me. I am always shrugged off onto other people who are never in the office. I wish that my condo company had never switched mgmt firms. I can understand that they may not have people there to directly fix the problem, but no one is even willing to help. It may be that the mgmt of this company needs new office staff, but simple things like unfriendly staff can ruin relationships.

Would like to see.... – We would like to see repairs done properly to our townhome / condo grounds - entrance brick sign knocked down approx 6+ months ago - still not done, but what portion is done - the bricks don't match; one side is one type/color bricks, the other side is different - also the car port that was recently damaged - repair process shows visibly lopsided, leaning off balance - all this looks below standard for properties; would like quality services

Living Up to Their Reputation – With all the negative junk that flies around here and other places, about all sorts of things, I thought I would give a review for a company that has actually lived up to their promises. Grier Group has managed our community for several years now. Before them, we went through just about every management firm around and have found Grier to be far and above the rest . They get things done and I know we are in good hands.
