Beware of Colonial Meadows! It is terrible there!!! – These people are terrible!! Services are poor. The people that work in the office are so rude. Be careful with them because they will not want to return your security deposit when you are moving out. I will not advise anyone to move in to Colonial Meadows.

U get what u pay 4!!!!!! – The upside to Colonial Meadows is easy access to the highway and excessively cheap rent. This is an excellent starter community if you are looking to save your duckys. Plus, there is a Walgreens, grocery store, gas stations and restuarants all within minutes of your home. However, I must be honest with you. There is a skinny white woman that works in the office that is incredibly rude. Ive even tried to smile and talk to her to get her mood to change, but it never works. Colonial Meadows is not a place that you will want to stay for long. There are a lot of children that live within this complex. Winter keeps them inside, but the warm weather brings many out. It also brings out "hood"people who do nothing but walk the complex drinking, smoking, and talking loud all the time. You can also look forward to people, adults, hanging out in packs. They are good for hanging out. Believe it or not, I stay right in the front by the leasing office, and I am forced to deal with this all the time. It makes me so so so very uncomforable when coming and going. Country side is connected to the complex in the back. On many occasions I have heard gun shots, screams, and tires skirting off. NO LIE. Ive even heard gun shots in this community as well. Many people are constatly riding through with their radio's blarring. You can definately look forward to people barbequing on the side of their apartment door or in the center of the steps as well. Although the maintenance men do their best to keep the grounds clean, people are constantly throwing things on the ground when there are trash cans close to every apartment building. The doors and windows are not great. The screens allow nets in. You will not see them much in the winter, but they will be flying around your apartment in the summer. This drives me crazy b/c I am very neat and clean. I had to stop openning my windows on good days b/c I also noticed that ants were comming in through my bedroom window.

North County Apartment – I'm not moved in yet, but so far I've been impressed with everything. I will update my review after I come to a conclusion. The grounds around the apartments is very pretty, lots of trees. Easy access to highway 270 is nice. I just cant wait till my move in date.
