Don't waste your time or money – Made reservations for 8 (4 adults 4 children) for Saturday at 6:30. Table was almost ready when we arrived. Ended up getting the owners son Anthony as our waiter.
Pasta arrived. We ordered Pasta Carbonara which was to consist of GRILLED chicken, white sauce and bacon. The chicken was boiled and tasted so, no grill marks what so ever, bacon was almost non exsistant, and the sauce had no flavor to speak of.
Our bread was never refilled, we had to ask a bus boy to do so. Our drinks where refilled by the same bus boy and our glasses never cleared at our already overcrowed table.
The kids ordered cheese pizza which tasted like the boxed Chef Boy R DEE brand you by at the store and make yourselves.
Anthony asked if we wanted the bill separate or together and we said together, it arrived at our table separate. Not a huge deal. The table next to us was served their bill as well. Both our table and the one next to us all paid with debit/credit cards. While waiting for Anthony to come back to our table we started talking to the table next to us. They told us they too reserved a table and someone took it after they informed the hostess they where there. They had to wait for their table. Their meal was bland as well and the father at the table mentioned he was not impressed and we agreed.
All 3 bills came back at once, ours was correct, our friends recieved another bill and someone elses credit card as did the table next to us. Anthony had switched their cards and handed them to the wrong people/table. Thank goodness we where sitting next to them. Our friends and the table next to us each had a coupon. Our friends had the coupon amount ADDED not deducted from their bill and the table next to us had the wrong amount taken off thier bill for the coupon they used. When we finally got Anthony's attention he denied any wrong doing, then after some convinecing he appologized. By this time both our table and the one next to us where pretty fed up. He took the bill back once more to correct the problem, cancelled out the first bill and redo CORRECTLY the second bill. This time when the bill came back to both tables they where wrong again. The table next to us was so frustrated they signed the bill, took out the coupon amount from his tip and left saying they would never come back.
We decided to do the same.
I waited tables myself when I was in college and never did I switch a credit card. Had we not been sitting next to the people whom it was switched with the outcome could have been tragic. With all the identity thefts in the world and you have the owners son carelessly handle the credit cards of 2 tables.
Between the BAD service, credit card issues, coupon issues, and BAD food, I would suggest going to PASTA HOUSE!!! Your bill will be half as much, and the food has flavor!!!!
