Worst Visit Ever, Not Sure How They Stay In Business.
This is by far one of the WORST locations in the chain. Something has happened to make this place terrible. The manager, while apologetic, just didn't seem to care that not once, but twice a steak that was ordered medium came out well done.
It seems to me that there are quality issues in the kitchen. The only good spot in the whole visit was the waitress. She was on top of making sure not only us but everyone in her section either had refills or as many of the free biscuits as they wanted.
